Club Round Up: 9th & 10th April 2022

11th April 2022

By Surbiton HC

What a brilliant final day of 2021/22 league hockey at Sugden Road it was! There was an amazing atmosphere at the club throughout the day and some great results for a number of our senior teams.

A special mention this week goes to our Men’s 3As who won the London Men’s Division 3 South title. The Sparks and Ladies 6s also secured second place finishes in their respective leagues and will hope that means a promotion for next season. The Sparticans have one rearranged game left to play and could still finish top of the London Division 6 SW.

Umpires
Many thanks to our fantastic team of volunteer umpires who officiated our club games on Saturday:
Simon Aldous (2), Jess Tallent, Ciara Aldous, Craig Schultz, Dirk Smeed, David Johnston, Andy Parker (2), Paul Whelan, Ray Borrow, Chrissie Wilson-David
