New Age Group Classes This Week – Don’t Miss Out!

A quick reminder that age group classes will begin tomorrow for the current booking window.

These are run in a series of three sessions (one 60 minute session per week for three weeks) and will be delivered in small groups by our fantastic coaching team. You are expected to attend all three sessions in the block.

Places for each age group are limited and we are only able to accept bookings up until three hours before the relevant age group's first class, so don’t miss out… visit this page to access the booking link and sign up for this block before it’s too late!

These classes are also open to non-members.
