Girls U14 Matches

Ospreys vs Epsom
Tough game for the Ospreys against Epsom, but they fought hard as a team and won 2-1. Well done to Bonnie for getting in on the rebound and scoring a reverse hit and to Allegra for scoring with a flick. Great work from the defenders for protecting the goal and to Iris for making great saves too. Overall, the team worked well together and congratulations to Violet for being selected as Player of the Match.

Magpies vs Teddington
Great win for the Magpies against Teddington! Lots of goals were scored and they won 7-1. Well done to the whole team, was definitely a team effort and goals were scored by Shriya x4 and Amy x3. Pippa did a great job in goal too, making five saves and allowing her team to keep such a big goal difference. Congratulations to Charis for being selected as Player of the Match.

Girls U16 Matches

Rovers vs OCs

Rovers faced OCs and lost 4-3. Rovers did really well especially since they didn’t have a goalkeeper and well done to the U14 girls who stepped up and played for the Rovers due to low numbers. Rovers were down 3-0 at half time but in the second half the girls connected better, and Lauren scored from a short corner which lifted the spirits up. Charlotte G (U14) scored from a great pass by Rosie and then Charlotte G assisted a goal to Imogen. The score was 3-3 but unfortunately OCs managed to get a fourth goal in the last few minutes. Well done to all the girls and congratulations to Bella for being selected as Player of the Match.

Rangers vs OCs
A very even game for the Rangers vs OCs, game ending in a 0-0 draw. The girls played really well and special mention to the U14 girls who played for the Rangers too. Caitlin did a great job in goal, she made so many unbelievable saves and deserved to be selected as Player of the Match.
