Ladies 3s 4 – 2 Wanderers 1s
On Saturday the L3s took on the London Wanderers first team at our home ground. We started off strong but they did give us a run for our money at times!
Superstar Millie Cant got our first two goals, but the Wanderers didn’t make it easy for us as they came back to score two of their own.
Jess McMeeking pulled us back into the lead with our third goal of the day, and before we knew it we had scored another. We held our ground right to the last whistle to end with a very well deserved 4-2 win.
So great to see the improvement from the team, as this just shows the potential we have for the rest of the season. Up the mighty 3s!
