L3 Bring Back Three Points from West Herts

A journey to Watford for the L3s this week to play West Hertfordshire.
The team consisted of just the 12 players this week, who faced a long 70 minutes away in Hertfordshire. The opening goal came through a drag flick from Issy Baileff who is proving clinical from the top of the circle so far this season.
Unfortunately our 12 was soon down to 11 following an injury in the first half and a big second half was incoming.
Lily Johnson scored an early goal in the second half following a darting run towards the circle by Sophie Smith.
Despite being down to 11, Surbiton showed no sign of slowing up and were able to comfortably see the game out heading back to Sugden road with three points in the bag.
The L3 troopers this week were: Lyra, Issy B, Maelona, Sophie T, Josie, Tabitha, Sophie S, Izzy D, Hutty, Lily, Naomi, Emily
