Big win over Magpies for Ladies 2s

Ladies 2s 5 – 0 Harleston Magpies
We played Harleston Magpies on Saturday afternoon. We got off to a great start as Taz skilled her way through the defence and smashed the ball into the bottom right hand corner within the first 10 minutes of the game. Not long after, Taz also made an assist to my stick and the ball flung past the goalie into the top left.
Into the second quarter our third goal came from Pippi, she swanned past players and the goalie to place the ball into the goal with ease. Then soon after, Taz and I decided to carry on our telepathic connections so I slipped the ball to her and she one timed it past the keeper for her second.
The second half started and the opposition were pressing very well trying to keep us at 4-0, however our defence were on fire as always and Elani was firing the ball through them which cut them right open for us to have a few more attacks on goal. Tess with awesome saves and the defenders made some quality tackles!
Our final goal of the game came from Hannah D when she slammed the ball into the bottom left without even looking! As England Hockey said it definitely was a 5 star display from the whole team.
