Great to have got our BU18 team off the starting blocks yesterday and Player of the Match goes to Josh for his superb one-eyed GK skills. Apparently, he doesn’t need to see that much up close as his reactions are fine-tuned to what’s in play…
Sevenoaks seemed to be just a little bit hungrier for it yesterday but the 0-3 loss does not do justice to some great effort on the pitch. Well done boys and let’s just work on the substitutions. Big thanks to Bobby Cheng for umpiring and Sevenoaks congratulated us on this; fair and with attention to keeping the game moving.
