Surbiton Boys U14 Dev C 2 – 0 Old Cranleighans BU14 B

Frankie drove us to play an unfamiliar tactic, due to sickness and availability leaving us with an incomplete squad.

We dominated for the first 20 minutes, with great passing, but the goal eluded us. Then Olly S got onto the byline of the opposition’s half and managed to get it past the keeper.

We were at 1-0 at half time, just as the rain… followed by hail joined us.

Some clever hockey lead to Max M running across the byline, passing across the goal to Olly B who tapped it in to make it 2-0.

By the end of the game the rain subsided, leaving us with a massive rainbow under which we could celebrate our win.
