Weekend Round Up: 24th & 25th October 2026
By Surbiton HC
It was a quiet weekend for most of our senior sides, although the five games that took place all resulted in wins for Surbiton!
The Originals had a Tier 4 Bowl tie against Tulse Hill & Dulwich 4s on Saturday, from which they took a resounding 6-1 victory, securing a place in the next round.
Our first teams both had successful weekends, each extending their winning runs to six wins from six for the 2026/27 season. Our Women's 1s took a 2-0 victory away at Hampstead & Westminster on Saturday and followed this up with a hard-fought 1-0 win over local rivals Wimbledon at Sugden Road on Sunday afternoon. The Men's 1s beat Bowdon 9-2 in blustery conditions at SHC on Saturday and followed this up with a 5-0 win away at East Grinstead on Sunday. Match reports for these games can be found on this page.
