Final Day Fiesta
Saturday 9th April is the Final Day Fiesta, we have 12 home games including the L1 & M1 against Wimbledon. Please click here to get your fast track gate tickets - just £6 for both Premier matches. DJ Lee will be outside during the M1 match then inside until 00.30. We are looking forward to welcoming the Wimbledon teams and supporters to join us for a great night. If you can volunteer a couple of hours during the afternoon to help keep everything running smoothly it would be much appreciated. Mexican theme so don your sombreros and moustaches (I’m working on mine) and let’s have some fun.
Other Clubhouse News
EOS tickets are now on sale at £50 and nearly half have already been snapped up. Due to space we are limited on numbers so get booking before the 11th April when the price goes up to £60!
Apologies for running out of some of your new favourite beers, there’s additional orders in to replenish the San Miguel & Shipyard, London Pride is still out of stock for now.
Don’t forget to collect your membership cards to start earning points. We do need them to be swiped with each transaction as searching for individuals who have forgotten their card is too time consuming and I have told the bar staff not to pander to the forgetful. The admin error that allowed points to be gained on raffle ticket monies has been corrected - so no points on donations, gate or event tickets or merchandise.
Ukraine Appeal
Thank you to all that donated to the Ukraine appeal. We are no longer accepting donations but there are collection points at St Marks Church, Surbiton, KT6 4UG, Long Ditton KLS, KT7 0UX, Prosperity Café Twickenham, TW1 3LP. Please help where you can.
200 Club
We will be relaunching the 200 Club over the summer with a BBQ and £500 prize draw inviting all that have contributed so far. For those unfamiliar to this scheme, we are looking to get a pool of 200 people paying £5 or multiples thereof each month, they will then go into a monthly draw to win £100. There will be a quarterly bonanza draw and events for 200 club members only. Please email clubhouse@surbitonhc.com if you would like to be included in the updates and take part in this great fundraising initiative.
New Bar Staff Needed
It is time to look for new bar staff as Emily, Rhys, Harry, Hannah, Sam & Elli are all off soon. Bar staff must be over 18 and preferably have some experience behind the bar or in customer facing roles. Rates of pay are dependent on experience. Whilst the summer is quieter on the pitches, I have lots of parties booked and there are other summer events in the pipeline. We cannot operate without a reliable team so please feel free to pass my email to friends or family who may be suitable. Thank you.
