Update on Camps & Pre-Christmas Hockey
By Surbiton HC
Our planned Christmas Camps and private coaching sessions (for U18s) will go ahead.
This decision has been made in accordance with the latest Tier 4 Government and England Hockey guidance. Please take the time to read this guidance by clicking on the above links.
We would like to draw your attention to the following
- Travel into and out of Tier 4 is not recommended
- Adult organised sport may not go ahead in Tier 4
- U18 organised sport may continue in Tier 4
We understand that some may feel uncomfortable travelling to the club or letting their children take part in hockey over the next two weeks. We are, therefore, happy to issue a credit for a future booking or a refund in these circumstances. Issuing a credit would be our preferred option as this would maintain our cash flow over what’s likely to be a difficult couple of months but understand that individual circumstances vary.
To enable us to plan for the next few days, please indicate if you DO wish to take a credit or a refund by completing this form here indicating your preference. Ideally, we would like to have this information by 8pm tonight (Sunday 20th).
Our coaches are all looking forward to delivering the planned sessions and we look forward to welcoming your children to the hockey camps over the coming days. To introduce a bit of festive spirit, why not accessorise your playing kit with some Christmas finery? There will be prizes for the best Christmas outfit at each session.
Wishing you all a happy and healthy Christmas!
