L1s Bingo Night Raises £4500

The Ladies 1s hosted a successful Bingo & Bubbles Night on Saturday 15th February, raising £4500 towards this season's EHL campaign and ongoing club infrastructure.
Over 50 guests enjoyed several games of bingo (and plenty of 'bubbles'!) and the hammer went down on a number of fantastic auction prizes.
Club captain Carolyn Llewellyn made a short speech, commenting, "I want to thank the Ladies 1s for putting on a really fun and original evening at the club."
Many thanks to Tony Haycroft for his bingo caller and auctioneer skills, plus everyone who contributed and placed bids on auction prizes. Well done to the Ladies 1s for their efforts in organising and hosting an enjoyable evening at the club.
