Key Reminders: Stage 4 Return to Play

A few key reminders for all club users in Stage 4 of England Hockey’s ‘Return to Play’…

It is crucial that players, spectators, coaches and visitors follow the steps below to help us deliver all club activity safely in line with the current guidance:

1. Please continue to SELF-ASSESS before you come to the club. Do not attend if you have any COVID-19 symptoms
2. Complete the EH PARTICIPATION FORM. Coaches and players must do this before attending any hockey activity at the club. You will only need to do this once.
3. When you arrive, REGISTER USING THE QR CODE. You’ll find this on posters at the entrance to the club. This is vital to help us meet Track and Trace requirements.
