Watch the Men’s 1s in EHL Action this Weekend

The Men’s 1s travel to Barcelona this weekend for the EuroHockey League KO16. 

Widely acclaimed as the world’s best club hockey competition, all EHL action from the Pau Negre Stadium will be streamed via EuroHockey TV throughout the weekend.

Surbiton M1s will be up against local favourites Real Club de Polo in their KO16 tie but will go in high on confidence after taking maximum points from their opening three Premier League games.

In last year’s EHL competition, the M1s were unlucky to lose to eventual champions Waterloo Ducks in a controversial shoot out at the KO16 stage. This was followed up by a 4-1 win over Irish side Three Rock Rovers in a ranking match.

KO16 opponents Real Club de Polo finished fourth in the 2018/19 edition having lost their semi final to Rot-Weiss Koln.

We also wish good luck to fellow English representatives Hampstead & Westminster who will also be in in EHL action on Friday, as they take on Dutch side HGC at 12.30 BST.
