SHC Players Return to Pro League Action With GB

Great Britain’s squads have travelled to Christchurch for Pro League fixtures against hosts New Zealand and Australia.
Surbiton are well represented, with 13 players potentially playing in the four game mini tournament which starts this weekend.
There are seven SHC players in the women’s squad, with Olympic medalists Giselle Ansley, Hannah Martin and Izzy Petter joined by experienced goalkeeper Sabbie Heesh, Scottish star Amy Costello and young talents Darcy Bourne and Sophie Hamilton.
On the men’s side, goalkeeper James Mazarelo will line up alongside Brendan Creed, Dave Goodfield, Stu Rushmere and Tom Sorsby. Tim Nurse is also set to make his GB debut, his call up well deserved after an excellent season in club colours.
All GB’s matches will be broadcast live on BT Sport.
