SHC Bar Staff Required
With the new season fast approaching we are looking for 2-3 experienced bar staff. Working behind the bar is not just about pulling pints, it is an integral part of making sure the club maximises customer experience and profitability on match days. Applicants must have previous bar or hospitality experience and a 'can do' attitude. As an SHC key holder trust and reliability are essential. Salary from £8.20 per hour depending on age and experience. Over 18s only. Please apply to Ann Bedford at surbitonhockey@gmail.com
Revised Bar System
While it has been great to serve you all from afar, I have now decided it is time to open the bar and let you back into what has been my quiet and safe space for many months! You will notice there is a perspex screen where orders should be placed and payment made, your order will then be placed on a tray at the far end of the bar for collection. As with many places these are small steps which I hope will lead to eventual full access. Please ensure social distancing is maintained at all times on the premises.
CCTV at Surbiton HC
The CCTV system is now fully operational (fingers crossed!). It has been installed for the safety of all members, staff and visitors.
Match Teas
Yes, they will be back! I am working hard with the chefs and the Board to work out how we can make this happen, but happen it will. Feel free to let me know what you would like to see back on the menu - alas the lobster and caviar are still outside our budget.
