Promotions Confirmed for Ladies 6s, 7s & 9s

Surrey Hockey have communicated final league placings, promotions and relegations and it's good news for several of our ladies' sides playing in the Surrey leagues.
We are delighted to confirm that our Ladies 6s, Ladies 7s and Ladies 9s have all secured promotion at the conclusion of the 2019/20 season.
Congratulations to our Ladies 6s who will move up into Surrey Division 3 next season. The L6 enjoyed a strong season, winning eight and drawing five of their 17 matches, and finished second in the league behind Reigate Priory L2.
Our Ladies 7s have been confirmed as one of five teams promoted from their division after a solid season in Surrey Division 6. A great effort from a tight and committed group – a big well done ladies!
Our Ladies 9s enjoyed a fantastic season in Surrey Division 8, winning 17 out of 17 matches. With 73 goals for and just seven against, our youngsters may be the only team in the club with a goal difference to rival our free-scoring Men’s 1s! This means the L9 will move up two leagues, to play in Surrey Division 6 next season. Congratulations to all involved in the campaign.
