Men's 3A's & Men's 4s Named Champions

The London Hockey League have confirmed that Surbiton HC Men’s 3A’s and Men’s 4s will finish the 2019/20 season as champions.
Decisions on promotion and relegation in these competitions are yet to be confirmed, but both sides are clearly in a strong position to be promoted should the LHL move teams up or down based on this season’s league results.
The Men’s 3As were newly formed this season and had a fantastic campaign in the London Hockey League Division 2. As one of the only leagues to complete all fixtures, the M3A certainly earned their title as champions with flying colours – winning 15 out of 18 league matches and averaging over four goals a game. Congratulations guys!
The Men’s 4s also had a brilliant 2019/20 season with just one defeat in 16 games. The squad has an unassailable ten point lead in LHL Division 3 with a couple of rounds of games unable to be completed, and should move up to Division 2 if and when promotions are confirmed. Well done to the Men’s 4s on an outstanding season!
This means there have been 12 titles and/or promotions confirmed for Surbiton teams throughout our adult section in 2019/20. What an incredible season for the club – congratulations to everyone involved!
