Scotland Women, including Surbiton’s Robyn Collins have qualified for the Hockey World League semi-final tournament in Brussels from 21 June to 2 July.
Scotland’s qualification was confirmed when Belarus finished third at last weekend’s third and final HWL round two tournament in West Vancouver. With only the top two ranked third placed finishers reaching the next round, Scotland (ranked 17) qualified along with Italy (WR 16). Belarus missed out as they are ranked 21 in the world.
With ten teams taking part, Scotland have been drawn in Pool A with the Netherlands (WR 1); China (WR 8); Korea (WR 9) and Italy.
Pool B includes Australia (WR 4); New Zealand (WR 5); Spain (WR 10); hosts, Belgium (WR 14) and Malaysia (WR 22).
