Scotland Men are likely to face Chile on Thursday in the FIH Series Finals Quarter-Final after beating Egypt 3-2 to finish second in their pool in Le Touquet, France.

Egypt took the lead in the 23rd minute through Amr Ibrahim but the lead lasted just three minutes before Cameron Golden equalised.

Duncan Riddell gave Scotland the lead for the first time in the match in the 37th minute but Ibrahim converted his second penalty corner of the match with just four minutes remaining.

Kenny Bain scored the winning goal in the last minute.

Scotland’s captain, Surbiton’s Nick Parkes was in the Scottish starting line-up.
