You will not be asked for payment when you initially apply for membership.
Please note that due to a demand from our members, there will be timetable changes for this coming season to allow us to offer a weekday training session for the youngest Colts too. From September our Colts in years 1, 2 & 3 will now be offered 2 x 1-hour sessions per week with the evening session on Mondays for the skills training and the Sunday session for games. We encourage new members to sign up for both sessions. One session only (on Mondays for skills) is by arrangement and prospective applicants will need to contact the membership secretary. Children in year 4 and above are offered two sessions per week, with the midweek sessions lasting 1.5 hours. Children are expected to attend both sessions.
When registering please select your category of membership from the drop-down list using the this link.
Please note that membership subscription payments are adjusted pro rata during the season but will only be adjusted after each half term. The tables below are for the full season subscriptions.
RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTIONS – EXISTING MEMBERS
The details you submitted previously are already stored on the database. Please do not create a new entry, but you do need to update your details each season. Your registration includes Child Protection consent forms which parents and guardians are required to complete each season. Please see Child Protection Policies and Codes of Conduct here. It is assumed you have accepted the Child Protection policies and given consent when you have paid your subscription each season.
All existing members should have their passwords and usernames from last season, but please contact us if you are having difficulty logging in. Your username is your email address and if you have lost your password then please request a new password from the system and it will be emailed directly to you. We recommend you change this to something more personal.
You should check the payment required for 2017/18 and pay online or by bank transfer.
The online option is available and it greatly reduces the Club’s admin time. Please login here.
There is also the facility on the database to upload a photo to a Surbiton HC membership card which you can then print out.
The training schedule for the season is available to view on the Colts Training page. This schedule may be subject to minor alteration and may differ for the first two weeks of term in September to ensure that all groups are properly assessed.

The subscription entitles you to membership of Surbiton HC for a full year – 1st September 2017 to 31st August 2018. It covers hockey coaching and playing from September until Easter, but any Summer Term Hockey is optional and will be charged as an extra activity.
