Surbiton’s Robyn Collins has been named in the Scotland Women squad set to take on Russia in a three test series in Glasgow as part of their preparation for the Rabo EuroHockey Championships in Amsterdam.

Scotland (World Ranking 17) will play Russia (WR 29) on Thursday (20 July), Saturday (22 July) and Sunday (23 July) at the National Hockey Centre.

Scotland met Russia in the Hockey World League Round 2 tournament in Valencia, winning 2-1 in the quarter-finals, Collins scoring Scotland’s second goal with a 22nd minute penalty corner conversion.

Former Surbiton players, Kate Holmes and Becky Merchant are also in the squad.
