Surbiton’s Chris Grassick has been included by Great Britain Men Head Coach, Danny Kerry as one of seven Surbiton players to face the Netherlands on Friday night at 7.30 pm at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre.

Brendan Creed, Alan Forsyth, James Gall, Harry Gibson, Tom Sorsby and Zach Wallace have also been included as Great Britain Men work towards a fourth place finish and a place in the finals in Amsterdam at the end of June.

On Grassick’s return, Kerry commented, “I’m delighted for Chris, it’s been a long road back and it’s been good to see him looking sharp in training despite months of rehab. On a personal note it’s always good to support our athletes through these long phases and it’s a credit to Chris in terms of his perseverance in testing circumstances.
