The finalists are now known for all four tournaments being held within the Futures Cup framework at Oaklands College in St. Albans.

In the Under-15 Girls tournament, Mercia Lynx will take on Pennine Pumas after each team topped their three team pool. The Pumas beat the Celtic Jaguars 9-0, having previously beaten the Wessex Leopards 3-1.  Lynx had previously beaten Tigers 1-0 and drawn 0-0 with the Cougars, to pip Tigers to the final by a point.

Tigers will meet Leopards for third, in spite of having beaten Cougars 6-0. Cougars will play Celtic Jaguars for fifth.

In the Under-15 Boys tournament, Pennine Pumas will play Wessex Leopards in the final. Pumas beat Saxon Tigers 4-3, former Surbiton Colt, Xavier Teyletche, now with Repton, scoring Pumas’ third goal. Mercia Lynx beat Caledonian Cougars 5-1 and will battle with the Tigers for third place. The fifth place match will see Cougars play Celtic rivals, Celtic Jaguars.

The Under-17 Girls final will see Saxon Tigers meet Caledonian Cougars. The Cougars beat Celtic Jaguars 2-0 and Tigers had already qualified for the final by defeating Mercia Lynx 2-0 and Pennine Pumas 2-1. Lynx will play Wessex Leopards for third after beating Pumas 6-1. Lynx came from 1-0 down, Surbiton’s Issy Carey scoring their third goal and Kitty Baccanello the fourth with an open play and penalty corner conversion respectively.

Pumas meet Jaguars for fifth place.

Wessex Leopards will meet Mercia Lynx for the Under-17 Boys title. Leopards beat Caledonian Cougars 3-0, Surbiton’s Harry Gough scoring the second goal from a penalty corner. Lynx beat Pennine Pumas 2-1, Surbiton’s Conor Williamson equalising for the Lynx from open play after the Pumas took the lead.

Saxon Tigers will play the Pumas for third place with the Cougars meeting Celtic Jaguars for fifth place.
